A small studio with a long horizon.
Named for the supercluster that holds our galaxy, Laniakea works at the scale where individual decisions become structure. We are designers, organisational theorists and engineers who believe the most important AI system in any company is the company itself.
We work with boards, risk officers and product leaders in finance, health, energy and the public sector — anywhere a model's mistake becomes someone's problem.
